duration, which after more than three
decades since making music on his own,
could've easily been twice as long.
Nonetheless, Watt's sure to be welcomed
back by longtime listeners and may even
follow in the footsteps of former
Everything But The Girl front woman
Tracey Thorn when it comes to attracting
modern day indie rock appreciators.

The cover of this album shows four
young, hunky rednecks out standing in
their field. The one farthest from the camera is wearing a baseball cap. The others
are hatless with fashionably gel-sculpted
hair. All of them are wearing blue jeans
Minogue glistens with "Kiss Me Once" and
"I Was Gonna Cancel," which fall right in
line with recent club-dominating grooves
like "In My Arms" and "All The Lovers." A
duet with Enrique Iglesias on the ballad
"Beautiful" adds some laidback variety to
the otherwise full-throttled party, though
the Aussie diva should've scratched the
superfluous fluff of "Sexercize" and "Les
Sex." But what Minogue lacks in lyrical
substance, she more than makes up for in
style and her continued pop relevance
