Studio recently changed their name
to Bennett Road Studios, completeing a refreshing throughout the entire
audio path of their SSL 4048 console with
a Studer A820 24 track 2 inch tape
machine. Recording this past month at the
newly named facility include acclaimed
rapper Lil Wayne. Progressive Rock artist
Hedgehog and The Fox have been mixing
a full length album with Grammy Award
winning producer Michael Freeman.
Solo artist/songwriter John Bushnell
from Minnesota made the trek down to
work on pre-production for the first of 4
album projects, working with producer

At GRAVITY STUDIOS engineer Sam
Fell has received 7 nominations for the
independent feature film: Chicago Rot,
from the 2016 FilmQuest Movie Awards.
Most notable: Best Feature Film and Best
Original Score. Gravity owner Doug
McBride told IE "Sam and drummer
James Kimball hunkered down during the
winter holidays at Gravity to record
drums for 12 songs of the 39 musical
pieces to the score/soundtrack. We all
know music or art isn't a competition, but
recognition is always welcome. Win or
lose, we know who Sam is and the work
that he does, that is why Sam is our man."
