A player must have played in at least three Tour events during the Tour year (4-1-02 thru 3-31-03) to be eligible for yearend Tour prizes. NOTE: ICA membership is required for all Illinois resi dents playing in ICA Tour events. Residents of other states are not required to join ICA if they are members of their home state chess associations.
