“ Any cake can be for any occasion ,” she said . “ It can be whatever you want it to be .
“ Sometimes people are overwhelmed , so I create a flavor profile and run it past them before I do it ,” she said . “ Everything I do is custom . That way they can create what they want , and they get exactly what they want .
“ If they don ’ t see something they want , I can probably find a recipe for it ,” she added .
