The consolidation allows us to leverage our relationship with Montverde Academy, an exceptional private school with a focus on student-athletes. The Montverde Academy experience aligns nicely with IJGA’s mission to develop life skills, knowledge, and character. Currently, the school is delivering instruction using distance learning technology at the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, but plans are underway to resume classroom learning later this year. Closer to home, IJGA has a fully equipped education center designed to facilitate learning, and our dedicated team of college planning and placement personnel are providing personal attention to each student with an eye on college admissions. We have strengthened our team of Residential Instructors with the addition of former Old Carolina staff members. This team is committed to more frequent and deeper engagements with families. We are applying lessons learned from the Coronavirus about the importance of keeping families in the loop. The manner in which we communicate has changed for the better. We have also placed a greater emphasis on our peer group to create a shared vision and purpose for all students. Another significant change involves the restructuring of the International Junior Golf Tour. The consolidation results in the creation of a domestic “Florida-only” Tour. We will retool the program to focus on Junior Golf Scoreboard Ranking while we establish a strategy to facilitate and grow our college placement. We feel these steps can unlock the value of IJGA and lead to a better student experience, more success stories, and greater brand equity. We are excited about this development and the response we received from students, their families and our larger IJGA community. We are confident in the talent and commitment of our people and we are bullish on our future. 7
