IJGA Hosts Habitudes Leadership Event for Student-Athletes IJGA recently hosted a Habitudes Leadership event for students. Habitudes combines habits with attitudes to build powerful public speak- ers and better leaders. The highlight of the even came when Timothy Alexander inspired the students by sharing his story. Timothy Alexander has dedicated his life to motivating and inspiring others. Timothy was ranked the #8 high school football player in his state and had the opportunity to play for The students were captivated by his story and took to heart his message about being able to do anything they want to do by being persistent, resilient, consistent and committed. Several guest speakers talked about living out the Habitudes lessons, and not just listening and moving on. Respect and understanding are important skills to becoming a better leader, and students were able to see those put into action that evening. any college in the country.
