Physical Conditioning Physical Conditioning at IJGA specializes in customized performance-based assessment, training and training management. Significant emphasis is placed on the golfer’s quality of movement, power and durability in an effort to mimic the demands of the game and address individual needs. Mental Conditioning IJGA equips golfers with the tools to master focus, goal setting and confidence. With enough preparation, athletes will learn to translate their training into victory.
