Physical Conditioning
Physical Conditioning at IJGA specializes in customized
performance-based assessment, training and training
management. Significant emphasis is placed on the
golfer’s quality of movement, power and durability in
an effort to mimic the demands of the game and address
individual needs.
Mental Conditioning
IJGA equips golfers with the tools to master focus, goal
setting and confidence. With enough preparation, athletes
will learn to translate their training into victory. Having a
positive mindset is half the battle.
Nutrition & Health
How much you put out has a lot to do with what you
put in. Campers are educated in the importance of good
nutrition for building and maintaining their strength.
Healthy, nutritious meals are provided at IJGA Fuel.
