Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning at IJGA specializes in customized
performance-based assessment, training and training
management. Significant emphasis is placed on the
athlete’s quality of movement, power and durability in an
effort to mimic the demands of the game and address
individual needs.
Mental Conditioning
IJGA equips students with the tools to master focus, goal
setting and confidence. With enough preparation, athletes
will learn to translate their training into victory. Having a
positive mindset is half the battle.
Nutrition & Health
Campers are educated in the importance of good
nutrition for building and maintaining their strength.
