• Physical Strength and Conditioning – Flexibility and
Mobility, Core Strengthening, Strength Training,
Balance Work, Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Aerobic
and Anaerobic Training and Yoga.
• Based upon principles backed by science and
practical application.
• Improve students’ performance of strength and power
through functional movements and mobility through
exercises.
• Students work towards individual goals to further
development.
• Pre-Tournament and Post-Tournament exercises to
prevent injury and aid in recovery after competition.
• Injury prevention and assessments – Staff is trained to
assess injuries and aid in the recovery process.
• Students are educated in the importance of good
nutrition for building and maintaining their strength.
