THE A-B-Cs OF OUR FALL SEMESTER

The third part of the program focuses on goals and aspirations . Having provided generational context and , personal strengths context , it is now time to think about what each student wants to accomplish and how they are going to go about it .
It is wonderful to set goals and to have dreams but more often than not , people do not achieve their goals or realize their dreams because they settle on their standards .

Misseldine explains how to achieve goals and bring about substantive changes in your life .
Formula for Success :
1 . We are a team . We are much more effective if we work together . 2 . Work the plan . Where FOCUS goes , ENERGY flows . 3 . Problems are relative . Tackle the one big thing . What is your one big thing ? 4 . Be realistic . Having the right expectations is an important part of the process . 5 . Be accountable . Do what needs to be done in a timely and accurate manner . No excuses .
