Network Topology, OS layers, Point to point and broadcast communications, Multi access
protocols: Aloha, CSMA and its variations, Token Ring; Error Control Techniques; Flow control;
Bridges, Repeaters, Switches and the spanning tree protocol. Network: Routing, Congestion
control, LAN, WAN, MAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP protocols; Multicast and mobile routing, Sensor
networks.
