Mexican Ice Coffee
Blend
1/2 cup chilled espresso
or strong coffee, 1/2
cup milk or almond
milk, 4 tbsps sugar,
1/4 teaspoon ground
cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon
almond extract and 1
1/2 cups ice.

Spice Chai Blend
1 1/2 cups chai
tea concentrate
(alternately steep 2-3
bags in 6 oz water
and sweeten) with 1
cup each milk and ice.
Sprinkle with chai spice
or ground cinnamon.
Chocolate Bark
Make it your own! Fun, kid friendly dessert for
everyone to enjoy!
So, there’s no rocket science in making this delicious and decadent dessert. It starts and ends with
anything you want…
1. Choose your chocolate (white, dark, milk or mix
it up)
2. Choose your toppings (anything from salt to
more candy can be a topping, just choose what
you love)
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
4. Melt chocolate (this is the toughest step) Place
a little water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil,
reduce to simmer. Place a bowl that fits snuggly
on the pot of simmering water and break or add
your pre-chopped chocolate into the bowl. Stir
with a spatula until just melted.
Watermelon Fruit

Strawberry-Banana
Blend
Freeze 3 cups cubed
seeded watermelon
until hard.
Blend with 1 cup
cubed fresh seeded
watermelon, the juice
of 1 lime, 1/4 cup
sugar and 1 cup water.
1 banana, 1 cup
strawberries, 1/2 cup
each yogurt and milk,
2 teaspoons honey,
a pinch of cinnamon
and 1 cup ice.
5. Remove from heat and pour on to lined baking
sheet.
6. Add toppings and refrigerate. When set remove
and break into rough pieces and Enjoy!

fruits, nuts (salted or unsalted), candies, granola,
pretzels
