Along with other promi- nent celebrities, Chan, who admits to having eaten shark fin soup and using tiger bone many years ago, has also been vocal in his opposition towards the use of other endangered wildlife in TCM, such as elephants and rhinos, and has more recently launched a campaign in support of pangolins with a video entitled (not unpredictably) Kung Fu Pangolin. He believes the tide has turned amongst the younger generation in China, and there are definitely encouraging signs at Qing Ping.
