panels are made of hemp, they are stronger, lighter and block up
carbons from the atmosphere. In the 1940s Henry Ford built a
hemp car but it was taken off the shelf because the steel and oil
companies said "No he couldn't do that as it was uneconomic for
them."
The latest BMW is made from hemp composites, Tesla is starting
to look at hemp, there are so many car companies that are already
doing it. It can be used around road and property construction.
Where they use cement, we could use hemp.
Dave's 6 Big Tips for Growers:
1. Hemp is a great break crop especially for diary farms.
2. A grower needs a very good grain harvester and dryers handy.
3. We are competing with low prices on the global market now.
So optimising yields is super critical.
4. The Hemp Farm will buy seed and stalk from you on a contract
basis. This needs to be organised in advance.
5. You can also have the option to grow and extract. For example
we have an oil press, de-huller, flour mill and powder blending,
machines all up and running this year.
6. Packaging and bottling is also coming. We will have Hemp Milk
on the market by the end of this month, in 5 litre packaging
and 1 litre for stores very soon. q
