“Our research is looking at how we can potentially

Mark adds, “If you rely on a single full-plant extract, you
also have to rely on the genetics of that individual plant
and the growing conditions of that plant. You may also
be dealing with the issue of ‘variability’ from batch to
batch. In many cases these medicines are already proving
