Hemp Loaf

1 Pure Hemp Bread
Using Hemp Flour Only - Must use Baking Soda
because there is no gluten in it and yeast doesn’t
work.
2 Cups Hemp Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
Pinch Salt
1/2 to 1 Desert Spoon Baking Soda
1 Cup Water or Milk
Make a whole in the middle, mix it all up, make
it into an 18cm round loaf, put it in the oven for
40 minutes and its the same as any soda bread
if you knock it and it sounds hollow, pull it out
and it’s yummy.
Cook 300 F
2 Half Hemp Flour

1 Cup White Flour
1 Cup Hemp Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Yeast
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
Add water as needed for consistency
Knead it - put it in a tray - put it in a warm
cupboard - pull it out knead it a again - put into
the loaf trays - sprinkle some seeds on them -
bung it in the oven :-)
Cook 300 F
read is real simple its just flour, oil, spoon of whatever to feed the yeast, when you
use baking soda you don’t need yeast and you just use milk.
Vary the ingredients according to your own taste. I prefer soda bread because its much
quicker.
Best results is to make it fresh when you want it, rather than to make a lot. If you leave it for a
day or two can go rock hard. Serve warm with liberal wads of butter. q
