Melssa goes on " After talking with Richard Barge ( NZ Hemp Industries Assoc .) I could see an opportunity to support sustainable growth , in the primary sector with tools to lighten considerably the compliance load required , by regulatory organisations like MPI and MoH .
We are working on how we can get the hemp industry to grow sustainably with traceability and transparency from the get go , in order to avoid retro fitting into a supply chain later . We are supporting growers and any one else who needs a license to do their annual reporting . We also want to tell the rich environmental story of hemp .
