FACTUAL ignorance is when there is lack of knowledge of facts. That is to say the person committed the offence unknowingly.
OBJECTUAL Ignorance is when there is knowledge but do not want to accept it fully. That is I know it should be done this way but I want to do it my own way.
TECHNICAL ignorance is having knowledge of something but do not know how to use it without being told or directed.
