How did you first hear about Capricorn ?
MECHANICAL , ALICE SPRINGS 6 EMPLOYEES 25 YEARS IN OPERATION 19 YEARS AS A CAPRICORN MEMBER
We had a visit from the local Capricorn Area Manager who explained the benefits to us .
How has being a Member benefited you or your business ?
Living in a remote area , it makes it difficult to source parts and suppliers . Being a Capricorn Member has opened us up to the entire country . We can access Preferred Suppliers Australia-wide with security .
How do you use your Capricorn Reward Points ? For the moment we are saving our points up . What Capricorn Events have you attended ?
We regularly attend the Member barbeques and tradeshows as well as Gala Dinner & Display events .
Do you use any other Capricorn services besides the Trade Account ?
We use the Purple Pages in the workshop , Capricorn Fuel Card and Capricorn Risk Services .
What is a recent business milestone or achievement ? We have recently reached 25 years in operation .
What is a tip that you would like to share with other Members ? Keep your overheads down ! Time heals all but debt . What is the best thing about being in the automotive industry ? Always having plenty of work to do .

What is the best thing about being in the automotive industry ?
Automotive is a lucrative industry , there is consistent work regardless of economic fluctuations . It is also a blessing to be able to do what we love everyday .

The various Capricorn events provide us with some fantastic networking opportunities . The ability to consolidate everything onto the one account is also a huge benefit .
What prompted you to join Capricorn and why ?
The previous owner was an existing Capricorn Member and we carried on with membership when we purchased the business over 17 years ago .
