How has the action learning process in the context of the Leadership Academy experience contributed to
your growth as a leader?
This Action Learning Project has given me the insight into the planning and steps required for the implementation of a large project. It has
demonstrated to me the importance of collaboration and communication with staff members, agencies and vendors involved and how each
component is vital to the overall success of the project. This project has given me knowledge and experience in planning a project and because
my strength has always been more clinical, it has improved my comfort level with project management so I will be more comfortable and excited
about taking on future projects.
