The archaeologists were so involved and interested in this settlement . When they spoke to us , they told me tons of facts and how these linked to other sites . They were extremely passionate about their work and think that this dig is so important . This is a once-in-a-lifetime dig so that we can get a snapshot of Bronze Age life as it actually was . Many Bronze Age sites have been discovered but this is the best in Europe . Textiles never usually survive these conditions and we have never before seen storage . We never realised how advanced these people really were .
