Ladies, with the weather getting warmer, it’s getting harder to look and stay hot. To keep you looking fine IGirl is going to hook you up with some tips to make sure the sun isn’t the only thing feeling hot!
Scrubs using oatmeal tend to be more effective. You can use raw oatmeal as a face scrub or add milk if you have normal to dry skin. If your skin is acne prone or oily adding yogurt to oatmeal will work.

The cheapest and easiest way to keep you skin looking healthy this summer is water. Drinking will have you feeling and looking good all summer. Just in case you get tired of drinking plain water, try infusing the water with cucumbers, lemons, or oranges. This will make the water taste even better and you’ll be sure to drink enough water.
Along with increasing your consumption of water, a healthy diet is a must for great skin. Eating more fruits and vegetables will do the trick. Calcium (dairy products) can be lost in sweating, so a diet rich in calcium and vitamin E (nuts such as almonds) is great for the skin in the summer. Spicy and oily foods must be avoided.
