The Remote Gambling Association ( RGA ) The Remote Gambling Association became operational on August 1 , 2005 , as a result of the merger between the Association of Remote Gambling Operators ( ARGO ) and the Interactive Gaming , Gambling and Betting Association ( IGGBA ). The RGA represents the world ’ s largest and most well known remote gambling companies and provides the industry with a single voice on all the issues of importance to regulators , legislators , and key decision makers around the world .

Responsible Gambling Trust The Responsible Gambling Trust is committed to minimising the level of problem gambling and gambling-related harm in Britain through effective education and prevention techniques , which stop people getting into problems with their gambling , and ensuring that those that do develop problems receive fast and effective treatment and support . As an independent national charity , the Responsible Gambling Trust raises a minimum of £ 5million each year from the gambling industry operating in Britain within a voluntary ( donation based ) system and commissions research , education and treatment services as prioritised in a national responsible gambling strategy endorsed by the Gambling Commission .
