An even newer entrant in terms of listed affiliates comes in the form of American Affiliate , which is now part of the Toronto-listed FansUnite . There is – as yet – very little in terms of financial details that have been released about the affiliate side .
The only news seen so far has been a renegotiation of the earnout with regard to AmAff , which involved the taking out of a CA $ 12.5m term loan . “ With current market conditions and share price , we made it a priority to restructure the earnout terms of the American Affiliate acquisition as it was in the best interest of all parties and our shareholders ,” said Scott Burton , CEO of FansUnite .
