£200,000 wager at 2/9 (1/8 as I write) for
a hung parliament. We are offering a wider
range of bets than ever before, including
every single constituency outcome and
contests between matched political parties
asking which will score the most seats, or
whether the two will be tied. The most
unusual wager we have on our books is
for an MP hoping to hold on to his seat
who has backed himself to the tune of
£50 at 10,000/1 ever to become Prime
Minister. He is Justin Tomlinson, 1/7 to
retain his North Swindon seat, and who
will therefore cost William Hill £500,000
should he ever achieve the highest office.

major election markets to constituencies
to party and leader specials. New markets
are released daily, largely reacting to
topical news and customer requests So far,
selections concerning the Conservatives
have seen the most activity, largely
Cameron being the next PM and also
gaining a majority. The most unusual
bets to date were probably a string of
customers backing the Respect Party to
win the Bradford West constituency. The
