About the IEC
The Inclusive Engineering Consortium ( IEC ) is a minority serving non-profit organization dedicated to bringing together academia , industry and government to advance education , research and careers in electrical and computer engineering .
We bring together Historically Black Colleges and Universities ( HBCUs ), Hispanic Serving Institutions ( HSIs ) and Tribal Colleges and Universities ( TCUs ) and partner them with corporations for initiatives such as workforce and curriculum development , grant proposals , research projects , programs and much more !
The IEC is focused on equipping a diverse workforce for the future by better leveraging the talents and resources of minority serving institutions and improving graduation rates of minorities in engineering .
