Displaced teeth are seen in relation to cystic lesions. Bone dehiscence secondary to expansion is noted. (figure 4&5). An incisional biopsy of the swelling in right side of maxilla was advised and performed. Histopathological examination of specimen revealed parakeratinised stratified squamous epithelium with palisading pattern of columnar cells along with keratin flakes with few giant cells and inflammatory cells suggestive of keratocystic odontogenic tumor.(figure 8&9).
