The Journal Conclusion In general, the values obtained from this study for Punjabis closely resembled the data of Caucasian population but not fully as there were variations in the mesiodistal dimensions of few teeth. Mesiodistal dimensions of maxillary lateral incisor, second premolar, and first molar were smaller and that of mandibular second premolar were larger in Punjabi subjects. It can be suggested that Bolton values can not be used in Punjabi population. References 1. Black GV. Descriptive Anatomy of the Human Teeth. 4th ed. Philadelphia,Pa: SS White Dental Mfg Co; 1902. 2.
