by the USSR, the opposition did have
well situated leaders and lots of followers. In our country, we need to strengthen our opposition’s leadership to make it
more effective against the government,
which still willfully manipulates the national and international scene, and even

has support from some of the free
world’s nations, which—for many reasons—shamelessly play with it. Mr. Fidel Castro went from being a Soviet satellite to being the core of the Latin
American region, producing leaders and
implanting its governmental model. We
have the misfortune of having to be the
ones to have one of the most efficient
dictators every known to man.
