How does the gallery handle publicity? How is it the public gains access to
the exhibits?
The gallery is promoted through the Café Ciudad program of the Havana Radio
Ciudad project, and I have connections
for the purpose of publicity. There is
also publicity on the Hola Habana program, on Canal Habana, but we don’t
have either a computer with which to see
the work. Artists have to print their project or bring us the pieces so we can see
them. I ask them to bring me images on
a flash drive so I can see them at home.
The next day, I give them their answers.
That’s how we work.

To keep working a lot, which is not hard
to do if you’re passionate about something.
