manifestations committed to freedom of expression are missing in the public life today. MatraKa Productions is a ghost. Its founders scattered in life stories that focused on more personal projects, this time with enough experience in teamwork and with the satisfaction of having given unforgettable moments to a part of our generation. In my works, I try to be faithful to what identifies me, the art by the committed people, the social causes that I consider fair, the struggle for my space in Cuba and my right to deliver my message from Cuba. " Because I love Cuba, I am here." 4 And I am sure that the day is very near when the young people, who are still here and decide to stay here, will take control of society to make it prosperous, healthy and happy. Notes 1- Title of the documentary( 2009) made by Sandra Cordero. It was conceived with the marked intention to reflect what happened in the IX Rotilla Festival. The finished work exceeds the purpose of narrating in a linear way the festival details and delves into the essence of the Rotilla phenomenon, by
explicitly showing the views and opinions of its participants. It also documents, in a fresh, pleasant and contemporary way, the environment of tolerance, freedom and plurality generated around the festival.

At the XII Rotilla Festival, MINCULT and other government institutions seized the space and the date convened by their legitimate producers. This violated copyright and identity. The documentary recorded the events of " Rotilla Edición Robada " [ Rotilla Stolen Edition ] through interviews with organizers, artists and intellectuals, as well as interventions by government representatives and people from the audience.
4-Campaign that conceptualized the XII Rotilla Festival by proposing to the youth the search of reasons to remain in Cuba.
