Bonners Ferry is the gateway to northern Idaho and the seat of
government for Boundary County, Idaho. Boundary County is
the only county in the nation to be bordered by two states and a
foreign country. It has two ports of entry into the United States,
one at Eastport and one at Porthill. More than 90 percent of the
land is forested with three mountain ranges running throughout
the county: Selkirk, Purcell and Cabinet. The Kootenai, Pack,
Upper Priest and Moyie rivers flow through the county’s
mountainous terrain. Come and experience the breathtaking
landscape Bonners Ferry and Boundary County have to offer!
