experience meeting people
of likeminds who are ready
to change the narrative
affecting skill professions.
And now am in high
spirit to make sure we
do everything possible to
really effect this change.
Which challenges do you
see in particular?
The vast majority of
people follow stereotypes.
Lack of encouragement
and promotion of skills
professions kills a lot of
dreams and great potential
from the on set. We need
to stop this, create more

platforms and support
systems and allow the
industries to grow. The
Construction industry
needs this.
What would you say to
a teenager who picks
particular interest in
Bricklaying?
No matter what you think
people will say, just go
all out there, follow your
passion and develop that
skill. It will be worthwhile,
trust me.
