Kimbery R. Jordan is the President and CEO of Crossed Out, LLC. It is a christian t-shirt business that was launched in late 2012. However, while working on creating the clothing line with a launch date of August, 2014, Ms. Jordan’s world as she knew it was turned upside down. Life as she knew it was no more; but she remembers God telling her “to remain faithful while going through the storm and I will show you favor in the end.” Well the end was over in February, 2015 and Ms. Jordan is now more focused than she’s ever been while allowing God to use her as a vessel with this new venture.
Crossed Out name was inspired by Matthew 16:24-25 ( 24 Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. 25 For whoever wants to save their life[ a ] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it.) Crossed Out t-shirt designs are created with a vision in mind that would give us christians an outing by way of putting our faith in Jesus Christ on display for the world to see. It is done in such a way that would make a person not only ponder on what the concept says and/or means, but in a way that a person would desire to look up the bible scripture to see how it ties into what that particular saying means and to develop a better understanding of God’s words, one verse at a time. Crossed Out t-shirts are for the bold christians who makes no apologies for being a christian.
