GOODMAN REVIVAL WINS
AT 2016 AGM AWARDS
Goodman Revival Makes New Ties With The Guardians
The phenomenal Gospel group, Goodman Revival has not been
around but a short while and they have already added a new
Award to their resume. On Tuesday, April 12th, Goodman Revival received an award for the excellence in their field winning the 2016 AGM Ovation Award for Traditional Recording.
Goodman Revival sings a wonderful mixture of classic Happy Goodman Family songs, as well as a new
song co-written by Johnny Minick and Rev. Tim
Hill of “He’s Still In The Fire” fame. The Traditional Recording Award puts them on another
rung higher on the ladder they are climbing
to attain their ultimate goal of reaching
more people with the Good News of the
Gospel of Christ.
Johnny Minick commented, “This
Award is totally unexpected
since I am pulled in so many
directions as Pastor of River
of Life Church, preach several camp-meetings and
revivals each year, and
still love to sing with
my two friends Michael and Tanya.
All I can say is
God is good.”
