Taneki Mayes , a.k.a. "Mz.Virtue", is from Montgomery, AL. She is married to Kriced Out Records co-owner RandalI Mayes and succumbs and serves under the leadership of Pastor Hart Ramsey, Sr. at Northview Christian Church - Safe Harbor in Montgomery, AL.
Taneki is the mother of 2 daughters, Alliyssa (8) and Abigail (2) Mayes. She is a homemaker, entrepreneur owning multiple businesses with lifetime partner, Randall Mayes. With all the work she does at home and in the community she can be summarized in one word, "servant". Taneki loves Jesus and has a heart for music, worship, and hip hop.
Before music, Taneki spent a lot of time ministering through poetry, which began when she was 19 years old. She has since been steered into music, singing, rapping, and song writing. She is currently working on her second album; Mz.Virtue completed her first studio Album,"GoodBye World", in 2011 under Kriced Out Records, LLC. She and husband, Randall Mayes, have since started an entertainment company, G6 Entertainment, which they hope to grow to national recognition. It's entertainment , but it also is a way of sharing the love and unity of Jesus Christ with believers and non-believers. In her years of doing music she has collaborated with Kriced Out, Adrian "A-Smoove" Wagner, Terrell "T-Real" Milledge, Chris "C-Rog" Rogers, and Ms. Ty Scott.
On stage as well as off stage her life reflects Jesus Christ. The music is inspired by the HOLY SPIRIT and it is all about the KING! Jesus Christ is the reason for the music. She does this to spread love, stir faith, and activate HOPE. She truly believes that if He be lifted, He will draw men unto himself. So the only objective is to LIFT HIM UP. I am just a vessel doing His will by His Grace just trying to restore HOPE one song at a time.
