me. I love reading and it helps me
to reinforce my continued search for
knowledge.
My transition to radio came about
while working for an advertising
agency as a national sales director.
I had the opportunity to meet the
legendary Mr. Chuck Norman at
a fundraiser. He overheard me
speaking to someone, came over to
introduce himself and stated that he
really liked my voice, and on the spot
asked me to join the WGNU radio
team as an on-air talk show host, and
the rest is history.

the “Teacha Talk” show on 1380, and
Teacha’s Kids, LLC, and 2 boys, 1 girl
and a grandson. My home serves as
a center for planning and activities.
I have an 18-years daughter with
disabilities and a son in second grade
who is trying to age me beyond the
age I wish to be at this time.
I can’t elaborate on the future plans
for the station. My association as
an independent contractor resolved
around my ‘Teacha Talk’ show, airing
every Saturday morning from 11 to
noon. It was through Teacha’s Kids that
the opportunity unfolded. I was asked
to be a co-host on ‘Let’s Talk Shop’,
which has opened up more doors to
touch more lives.
