Part of what I’m doing on this record is really ... I keep telling people I feel like I started working on this record fifteen years ago because in my Christian journey, I have gone through probably three, there’s been three times throughout my Christian journey where I’ve struggled with very difficult questions. seneca: Okay. Da’ Truth: I’ve struggled with the exclusivity of Christianity. Why is God not inclusive? When the Pope came to ... What did he do he toured the country? seneca: Yeah, he did. Da’ Truth: When he toured the country, there was one moment where on CNN, the Pope was on stage and right alongside of the Pope was two evangelical pastors, a Buddhist priest, a Jewish rabbi, and the list goes on. An imam, which is a religious leader in Islam, and the list goes on. Every faith was represented there. For that moment, obviously there was peace because the emphasis was on humanitarian rights. But I looked at that moment and I said, “I wonder what people’s takeaway is, because with this moment where they all stand on the same stage, unified in something, I wonder if people naturally assume moral and religious equality?” In other words ... seneca: I wouldn’t think of mora
