Position for Growth.

The firm entered its second decade poised

for exponential growth and once again the company positioned for the surge.

Joining the team in 2005 were Jeff Rush and Tom Murawski. In 2009, Rush, Murawski, and longtime icon executive, Todd Jeffries, joined Bieg and Schaeffer as partners. Today, Rush serves as President of icon; Murawski, President of iENG (an icon sister company), and Jeffries is Vice President of icon’s Industrial Division.

Rush, Murawski, and Jeffries brought specialized engineering and industry expertise to the firm’s leadership. This enabled icon to build dedicated teams and broaden their project experience in strategic markets.

Industry diversification was key, and with this additional knowledge, icon was poised to aggressively pursue increasingly large projects in industrial, institutional, and commercial markets.

Jeff Smith was hired as CFO following the untimely and sad passing of former CFO and co-founder, Joe Parise. Smith also became a partner and was quickly bestowed the formidable task of managing the finances for a fast-growing company.
