LWPT News Roundup
A fond farewell to team member Rochelle
In September we said goodbye to Rochelle Owusu-Antwi, our
Communications Manager since January 2018. Rochelle has taken
up an exciting new challenge in full-time ministry in Ghana. During
her time at LWPT, Rochelle played an important role in a number
of key LWPT projects. She was instrumental in developing the
partnership with the Methodist Church to launch Bible Month. She
helped pull together Sermon of the Year 2018 during its filming
by the BBC and she greatly extended the reach of our social media
channels to spread the word about Preach far and wide. We wish
her well.
CRE National Stand S46
Once again LWPT attended CRE National at
Sandown Park. LWPT staff on the stand were
kept busy promoting Preach to the thousands
of visitors over the 3 day event and meeting
the many LWPT members and Preach readers.
‘Thank you’ to everyone who took the time to
visit us on the stand.
It’s that time of year again
We’re delighted to announce the launch of
Sermon of the Year 2020 and this year’s theme of
Made by God. Now in its fifth year, this national
event, which encourages and celebrates the art of
preaching, is open to everyone who preaches or is
studying preaching.
Entries are open until Sunday 16 February.
