How was it developed?
Alto Produce™ was developed to address a real need within operations and finance, and created from within a mid-size O&G producer, here in western Canada.
The producer was not satisfied with their overall process for tracking and managing work related to production changes and integrating that information with financial systems.
They engaged ICG to conduct a formal assessment, engage the relevant functions to formalize a standardized overall process and then use technology to help facilitate that process, to better manage the movement of information, and to capture and maintain key data.
The ICG team applied their know-how to understand the producer’s concerns, assess the current workflow, identify gaps, and develop a recommended plan to standardize, and then use technology to better manage and monitor the overall process. The result is Alto Produce™.
