Diana Guardado ‘12: My Journey to Pixar
When I started college at the
University of San Francisco back in
2012, I was fresh out of ICA and ready
to embark on the journey that was
going to be college. I got to work at an
amazing job, go to school, get a degree,
and do all of that while graduating
early. Now with my internship at Pixar
Animation Studios, I look back and
appreciate ICA for having been the first
stepping-stone to getting this far.
My career path truly began with ICA
where I learned to be both a student
and an employee in the real world for
real jobs. I look back at those years as
tough but also extremely rewarding
experiences that led me to the
University of San Francisco, where I
