Wanting to argue on such a suffered and important issue for the humanity as the Hypothesis of Peace and Cooperation in the World, we can say that this subject is regularly treated by historians, philosophers and statesmen. Nevertheless, for what the various situations of international politics currently are, we note the fact that there are various micro and macro warlike motions in the world which are consequently reflected in many situations of military interventions and pacification for the regulation of the territory on behalf of the ONU and the other nations, that cooperate to re-establish the right administrative and internal political ideological roles, so that the internal vicissitudes of the state can be the same for the entire population.
If we analyze the sociological aspect of the episodes, many times we go back in time for several centuries, in particular in relation to the states located in the African and in the Asian continent , as there are historical rivalries that take us back to ancestral situations never resolved over the centuries; generational rivalries handed down from past generations. In my humble opinion, a dialogue should be established between all these people and the mediators of the populations, demonstrate the brotherhood existing and establish that the history of each person is also created through the others who are an integral part of it and make it concrete; but undoubtedly, for this to happen, the culture
