‘SANTIAGO GETS LOUDER’ WITH STAR
STUDDED ROCK AND METAL MUSIC FESTIVAL

ON SEPTEMBER 27 AND 28, HANGARES SURICATO WILL PLAY HOST TO A ROCK AND METAL FESTIVAL,
HEADED BY SOME OF THE MOST IMPORTANT AND INFLUENTIAL BANDS IN RECENT DECADES.
SANTIAGO — System of a Down will be one of the headlining bands with their creative strength and sound that has left its mark on the world
of rock music. Alongside them will be Faith No More, performing the anticipated comeback record ‘Sol Invictus’, their first album in 17 years.
The lineup also includes Deftones, returning to Chile with their unique approach that has managed to reach several generations; Mastodon,
a revelation in global alternative metal; Lamb Of God, the king of metalcore; Gojira will perform their progressive metal for the first time in
Chile; De La Tierra, the Latin American rock heroes supergroup, and Alain Johannes, renowned musician and national producer recognized
worldwide for his work with Eleven, Chris Cornell, Dave Grohl and Flea.
Weichafe, La Mala Senda, Temple Agents, Rama, Nuclear, Dorso and All Tomorrows will be representing the Chilean rock/metal scene, each
of these bands having something unique to bring to the table.
Santiago Gets Louder, presented by Escudo beer, welcomes everybody. There will be no VIP court and entrance for children under 10 years
old will be free of charge. Moreover, this will be a carbon neutral event committed to protecting the environment.
