Stephens also has
another impetus for the
pageant. She simply
wants the contestants,
who represent the best
of Columbia’s diversity,
to feel special much like
the women they see on
television, in
magazines, and online.
“I want them to be
treated like their stars
and beauty queens so
that they’ll be inspired to
offer the same
treatment to other girls
and young ladies.”
The Miss Phenomenal
Pageant takes place on
Saturday, April 8th,
2017 at Blackman High
School, 3956 Blaze Dr.
Murfreesboro Tennessee 37128. Tickets cost: $5.00 in advance $7.00 at
the door or picked up at Blackman High School at the front desk. The
