WILL BAILEY I don ’ t have a problem with it . I ’ m a single man so I ' m flexible to moving around . But for the most part a stay loyal to the program I ’ m with and was blessed to stay at those places for a nice amount of years and was apart of both programs reaching the NCAA Tournament . In this game you don ’ t get a lot of free time and in order to grow you and be successful you have to put in the time
ROBERT JETER I just try to keep good relationships . There may be times when you need some help and can make a call for someone to pick you up and that goes both ways . You may have to help pick someone up in a time of need . So in this business your relationships will help you do your job better . You ’ re a representation of the school on and off the court . I was once trying to be a college coach and when my name was called I was prepared . Chicago basketball systems and the guys involved has helped boys become men . I ’ m happy that I came from that system . PARIS PARHAM We have to be more impactful with our young athletes . We have far too many kids that leave the crib not prepared . We have so many kids that transfer because they want it all right away . We have to teach our kids to be more patient and to respect the process .
