With a herculean effort by the integrated team and all the contractors, the project was completed on time. Looking back, there were several areas where the timeline could have been improved further without compromising on project risks, and we keep those lessons learned in our toolbox for the next‘ ultra fast-track’ project.
One of the most important decisions made from the outset was hiring the right people to execute the project. STS led all phases, from conceptual design to cold commissioning. STS’ s team developed the technical concept and project specifications, planned the required technical and environmental surveys, prepared application documentation, and managed contract tenders.
STS is a global supplier of project management and consultancy services for oil & gas developments, renewable energy, infrastructure projects, and energy transportation systems.
