What Do You Eat?

Spend some time writing down what you eat on a regualr basis at each meal. Enclude breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Where Do You Shop

Figure out where you usually get your groceries. At what store and in what order do you shop the store? Write it down by isle and by store.

Weekly Planning

Schedual a protine per night to your calendar. Example: Mon.-Salmon, Tue.-Chicken, Wed.-pork, Thur.-Red Meat, Fri--Eggs, Sat.-Fish, Sun.-Chicken. Add a fruit and Veggie and dinner is done.

Other Meals

Pick several breakfasts and have a list avalible for kids to pick from. Lunches come up with 7 lunches and rotate them. Snacks, 2 snacks per day from a pre approved list.

"No thank you bites" are not an option they are a must at every meal. We used to have very picky eaters and that harbors bad nutrition. To stop the "I don't like it's" the rule is that a no thank you bite must be taken of everything on the plate before you are allowed to leave the table. Often they find that they like the prepared food and they end up eating it all.
