When Viby Physical Therapy was moving its clinic to new facilities , it needed completely new equipment . The new clinic facilities meant that there was suddenly space for new and upgraded exercise equipment , which led Viby Physical Therapy to reach out to Proterapi , HUR ’ s Distributor in Denmark .
Viby Physical Therapy was already interested in the HUR brand and its products and then came to the decision together with Proterapi to primarily equip the clinic with exercise equipment from HUR .
According to Viby Physical Therapy ’ s owner and physical therapist , Tina Skjærris Rasmussen , “ HUR is a fantastic product , that captures some of the things that are most important to this clinic . What was really important was the fact that the machines are able to run through bracelets with preinstalled programmes ”.
These bracelets allow the customer to connect to the machine through a simple touch thanks to the automated HUR SmartTouch system and choose a programme to follow , which makes it easier for the customer to work out and saves time and energy than if you were having to plan it yourself . It is incredibly easy to manage while also contributing to a more efficient workout for Viby Physical Therapy ’ s customers .
Tina explains further that the customers have welcomed the new machines with open arms and are extremely happy despite a short familiarisation period . She says that ” there is always a period in the beginning where users need to familiarise themselves with the use of machines . Our target group are primarily elderly who need to try out the machines first before making any decision whether they will use it or not , but once they did , they have been so happy about the machines and the way they work ”.
The machines are easily accessible even for those customers who have trouble walking .
The customers are very excited about the well-equipped and brand new facilities . One customer said “ I feel comfortable to use the equipment and I could learn how to use the machines quickly , because the workout programmes are already installed for you , and at the same time , the machines are very userfriendly and easily accessible even for those of us who occasionally might find it a bit more difficult to get into and out of the machines .”
