Although he has always had good work ethics and phenomenal God-given talent , he just couldn ’ t get the business up and running on a steady , successful pace . Finally , after 10 years of more famine than feast , his mentors , Don Johnson , Bob Osbourne , and James Patterson along with his Dad , stepped in and helped turn things around . His mentors and Dad have had such an overwhelming impact on the success of his business , that when he was asked who and what he credits for his success , he states , “ First I credit , Jesus Christ , then I credit my Dad and mentors who I will always be grateful to .”
Cowboy Contractors is still independently owned but is blessed to have a dynamic team of hard working , dedicated and loyal office staff , field employees and two behind the scene employees , Clint ’ s sister Mary Lou and fiancé ’ Charlene . Cowboy Contractors has always been able to maintain a successful staff retention . As he talked about his staff , Clint ’ s smile and demeanor added to admiration and satisfaction he has as he named and spoke highly of and complimented each of his staff .
